Grounding.

Grounding connects your energy to the Earth’s, stabilizing you by syncing with its steady frequency. This helps release excess energy and absorb calming, supportive energy, keeping you in tune with the larger energetic flow.

Research published in February 2023 shows that grounding puts the body into a healing state by harnessing the universe’s energy flows for optimal physical and mental function. Calming the nervous system helps us reconnect with our body and earth energy. Tapping is a quick and effective tool to aid in this process and support grounding. Recognizing when I’m not grounded can be key to making positive change.

Signs you may need grounding include:

  • Feeling anxious or restless

  • Disconnected from reality or others

  • Difficulty focusing or thinking clearly

  • Overthinking or racing thoughts

  • Dizziness or feeling lightheaded

  • Mood swings or feeling overwhelmed

  • Forgetfulness or disorganization

  • Not being fully present or feeling spaced out
